Elastomers First. More in Phases.
Why PrintMesh prints only flexible materials today, what is available now, and how printing types and capabilities will grow.
Why We Start with Flexible Materials
Where printing beats molding
Soft parts need costly molds and long lead times in small batches. Printing makes them in days, with softness tuned by structure.
What creators and companies need
Wearables, controller grips, and robot pads all need personal fit, comfort, or regular replacement — exactly what on-demand printing does well.
Hard to print, so we specialize
Flexible materials are slow and finicky; many services avoid them. One material family, tuned machines, and consistent results.
AI is not ready to manufacture yet
World models are still maturing: today’s AI-generated models are not manufacturable as-is. Templates make soft products work now — and every order teaches us how shapes feel and flex.
What We Print Today
Shore hardness is a guide; infill and lattice let one part be firm where it mounts and soft where it touches.
TPU 85A
Softer, rubber-like. Grips, pads, wearables.
TPU 90A
Balanced flexibility. Charms, straps, bumpers.
TPU 95A
Firmer and tougher. Slides, shells, mounts.
Flexible resin
Fine detail and smooth surfaces for small soft parts.
SLS / MJF TPU
Support-free lattices for midsoles and complex parts.
Rigid plastics, resins & CNC
Added through qualified partner nodes in a later phase.
How Our Capabilities Grow
Each phase opens only when the one before it is reliable. We will not list a material or process until we can deliver it consistently.
Phase 1 — Now: Elastomers
TPU 85A–95A and flexible resin. Print-ready files, templates, and 2D-art relief. Printability reviewed by our team.
Phase 2 — Next: Smarter Elastomers
SLS/MJF TPU lattices via partners, automated printability checks and quotes, AI design applied on templates.
Phase 3 — Later: More Materials
Rigid plastics, engineering resins, and CNC through qualified partner nodes, plus multi-material parts.
Phase 4 — Future: Generate to Make
As AI world models learn structure, fit, and physics, functional products generated directly — on the same network.
