How it works

From Template or File to Finished Product

A reviewed path from your design to a qualified TPU production node — and on to you or your customer.

Choose a Starting Point

Start from a PrintMesh template, upload your own STL/OBJ/3MF/STEP file, or describe the part and the softness you need.

Review & Quote

Pick hardness, size run, quantity, and destination. We check printability and fit before you approve a written quote.

Print & Finish

The job goes to a qualified TPU production node that matches its material, size, and quality needs.

Ship to You — or Your Customer

Receive parts yourself, or have finished products shipped white-label to your own customers.

What we need from you

A good quote starts with good inputs

  • A 3D file (STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP), a template choice, or a description with reference images
  • Target softness (for example 85A, 90A, 95A) or how the part should feel and flex
  • For footwear: your size run and quantity per size
  • Quantity, destination, and any deadline or NDA needs

What happens after you submit

  1. You receive a reference number and confirmation email.
  2. Our team reviews printability, fit, and material choice.
  3. We reply with pricing, lead time, and design notes — often with a sample first.
  4. On your approval, the job is routed to a qualified node.
  5. You receive status updates through delivery.

Pricing and lead times vary by size, softness, geometry, quantity, and node availability. Nothing is binding until you approve a written quote.
