Our focus today

Today We Print Elastomers Only — On Purpose.

Flexible materials like TPU are where 3D printing delivers real products right now. We start there, do it well, and add printing types and capabilities in phases as the network — and AI — mature.

Where printing beats molding

Soft parts need costly molds and long lead times in small batches. Printing makes them in days, with softness tuned by structure.

What creators and companies need

Wearables, controller grips, and robot pads all need personal fit, comfort, or regular replacement — exactly what on-demand printing does well.

Hard to print, so we specialize

Flexible materials are slow and finicky; many services avoid them. One material family, tuned machines, and consistent results.

AI is not ready to manufacture yet

World models are still maturing: today’s AI-generated models are not manufacturable as-is. Templates make soft products work now — and every order teaches us how shapes feel and flex.

How our capabilities grow

Available now

Phase 1 — Now: Elastomers

TPU 85A–95A and flexible resin. Print-ready files, templates, and 2D-art relief. Printability reviewed by our team.

In development

Phase 2 — Next: Smarter Elastomers

SLS/MJF TPU lattices via partners, automated printability checks and quotes, AI design applied on templates.

Roadmap

Phase 3 — Later: More Materials

Rigid plastics, engineering resins, and CNC through qualified partner nodes, plus multi-material parts.

Roadmap

Phase 4 — Future: Generate to Make

As AI world models learn structure, fit, and physics, functional products generated directly — on the same network.

Who we serve

Two Kinds of Makers, One Network

Creators & online sellers

Launch Your Own Products — We Make Every Order

Designers, artists, streamers, indie studios, and small brands selling footwear, wearables, and gaming merch in their own online stores.

  • No inventory, no molds, no minimums per design
  • Printed on demand and shipped under your brand
  • Templates that keep fit and quality right
Manufacturers & operators

Soft Parts for Robots and Devices — Built and Kept Running

Companies that build robots and smart hardware, and companies that run them in warehouses, stores, and facilities.

  • Makers: prototypes and small batches without tooling
  • Operators: replacement grips, pads, and bumpers on demand
  • Approved files kept on record for fast reorders
For creators

Open Your Store. We Handle Production.

Create

Bring your art, a print-ready 3D file, or start from a PrintMesh template.

Open Your Store

List your products on Shopify, Etsy, social, or your own site.

We Make Each Order

Every order is printed on demand at a qualified node and inspected.

Shipped to Your Customer

Your customer receives your product, under your brand. No inventory, no molds.

Pilot During the pilot, store orders are forwarded to us manually. A Shopify app is planned once volume justifies it.

AI design

AI Creativity Meets Real Manufacturing

Create with Meshy, Tripo, Blender, or any tool. Our templates lock what must fit and last and open what should be personal, so your design becomes a product people can use.

  • Bring 2D art, a logo, or a print-ready 3D file
  • Fit, structure, and sizing stay engineered and tested
  • World models are not mature yet: AI-generated models usually need repair before they can be made

How it works

From Digital Idea to Physical Product

Choose a Starting Point

Start from a PrintMesh template, upload your own STL/OBJ/3MF/STEP file, or describe the part and the softness you need.

Review & Quote

Pick hardness, size run, quantity, and destination. We check printability and fit before you approve a written quote.

Print & Finish

The job goes to a qualified TPU production node that matches its material, size, and quality needs.

Ship to You — or Your Customer

Receive parts yourself, or have finished products shipped white-label to your own customers.

Manufacturing network

One Network. Many Manufacturing Nodes.

PrintMesh brings independent production partners into one coordinated manufacturing experience. Each node is assessed for machines, materials, capacity, quality, and location.

Operator interest program — not a franchise offer. PrintMesh is not a lender; equipment financing comes from independent providers.

Trust & quality

Built for Production Confidence

The process pillars we are building the network around.

File & IP Handling

Files are stored privately and shared only with the node assigned to your job. NDAs available on request.

Manufacturing Feasibility

Every job is reviewed for printability and material fit before acceptance.

Qualified Production Nodes

Partners are assessed on equipment, materials, capacity, and quality process.

Order Visibility

Clear status updates from review through production and delivery.

Issue Resolution

A defined process for reprints, adjustments, and disputes.
